“I met Teresa in 2017 after my CPA just told me that I owe $7,500+ in taxes for 2016.  In fact, my CPA had me paying taxes nearly every year, yet this was the first year it was over $3,000.

Teresa humbly took a deep dive into my tax history for the last several years and found out how poorly my wife and I had been treated by our CPA (and we had consulted with multiple sources over the years, always confirming the amounts owed).  Just for the immediate year alone, Teresa turned a $7,500 tax burden into a $10,500+ tax refund!  My wife and I were completely shocked.  Teresa explained, in detail, some significant items that had been completely mis-calculated and not used appropriately.  In addition, she used a few hand-written tax forms that we had never seen in order to help us capture capital losses for the foreseeable future.  Her wealth of tax knowledge is absolutely incredible!
